Recycling Ministry

Once a month (usually on the second Sunday), as people bring recyclables to our collecting center in the parking lot, the Recycle Team sorts and loads items and transports them to the recycling yard to turn in for cash.

The mission is two-fold: to help our environment by keeping recyclable items out of landfills and to support those in need with the proceeds. All money earned goes to mission projects – local and global. Since it’s inception, the Recycling Ministry has raised over $10,000 for mission.
