Fresno Jewish Day School Invites You!

Join us for our fall celebration of Sukkot, where we will be having a community potluck under a Sukkah at the Kaboom Playground on the campus of Wesley United Methodist Church on Tuesday, October 15 from 5 p.m. to 7p.m.

Please join us and if you would like to bring a dish to share. (Please no shellfish or pork products.)

Sukkot commemorates the years that the Jews spent in the desert on their way to the Promised Land, and celebrates the way in which God protected them under difficult conditions. Sukkot is also known as the Feast of Tabernacles or the Feast of Booths. We will be celebrating by decorating our “booth” a.k.a. Sukkah, having crafts and information available as well as sharing food and fellowship! You can read more about Sukkot here.
